Creed Foodservice, originally founded in 1972, is one of the UK’s leading independent, family-owned foodservice wholesalers. We specialise in providing a comprehensive range of multi temperature products and services to caterers and chefs across the country in the care, education, hospitality and destination leisure sectors.
From our three distribution centres in Staverton, Gloucestershire, Ilkeston, Derbyshire and High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire we supply high quality food products across the frozen, chilled, grocery, fresh produce, meats and non-food categories to more than 2,000 customers in the ‘out of home’ market.
We have invested in systems and people development to further reinforce our mission to be the foodservice provider of choice. With a 2016 turnover exceeding £62.8m and a 355 strong workforce, our most recent accolades include winning the 2016 Federation of Wholesale Distributors Gold Medal for Customer Support and being awarded a Best Companies one star award in 2017.
Growth has come through our drive to deliver an enhanced customer experience with service excellence, a relevant, innovative and quality product range, access to our in-house development kitchen and development chef and insight into our key market sectors.
Our core values are visible throughout the business and we excel in offering customers an honest and flexible approach for long term partnerships and true added value to their food offers.
At Creed, we believe in more. Thinking more, doing more and being more than just a foodservice provider. Our brand message not only reflects our company-wide culture to go the extra mile for our customers, but also our aspirations to improve on our already industry-leading service levels.
We are delighted to be main sponsors for the Tastes of Gloucestershire Food & Farming Awards 2017, the seventh year of this prestigious celebration which champions Gloucestershire’s vibrant food and drink scene. We have supported the Awards since the very start and we’re proud to once again help celebrate the achievements of the county’s farmers, producers, retailers, pubs and restaurants.
