We're all ears
Have a say in the way your news is reported by the Evening Post

Do you have an opinion on what’s happening in your local community
and the way it’s covered by the Evening Post? If the answer’s YES then you should join our reader panel.

What’s it all about?

Our reader panel is open for everyone to join as long as you read the Evening Post – you are eligible to join the panel if you are interested in the local area and read the Post at least twice a week.

By becoming a panel member you are giving us the chance to email you from time to time to ask for your thoughts and opinions on a variety of subjects. We might ask you questions about the newspaper, for example, what you think about a particular section or your thoughts on some changes we are considering. We might also ask you for your views about things that are happening in the local community. We are determined to be at the heart of all things local and with your help we can focus on the issues that matter to you.

How does the process work?

• You agree to join the panel and register online.
• We send you a short survey to help us learn a little more about you.
• We then send out further short surveys from time to time asking for your opinions on various matters.
At the same time we will share the results of previous surveys with you.

If you join the panel you are not obliged to take part in every survey we send you (although we hope you will). You can be assured that by joining our reader panel your details will remain confidential and we will not pass them on to any third parties.

If at any time you wish to leave the reader panel simply contact us and we will remove your details from our mailing list.

What’s in it for you?

We hope you will enjoy being part of our reader panel and as a thank you for your assistance we enter panel members into quarterly prize draws to win a variety of prizes.

We will also share the results of surveys with panel members so you can see the impact that your opinions have on the newspaper, website or wider community.

Finally, you will have the opportunity to shape the development and tone of the Evening Post. We are proud to serve the people of Bristol and with your help we can deliver the newspaper that you deserve. Sign up to our panel now and start making a difference.
